Macrograph VR (MGVR)

Since it had been established based on world class VFX/CG services for the entertainment industry, MGVR accumulated VR production portfolios by co-working with major IT companies

and government organizations such as Korea Telecom(KT) and NIPA.
Intimate R&D between artists and engineers, development of various devices and simulators with own pipeline enables to offer One-stop service, received attention of world’s major conferences and exhibitions such as GVRC, MWC.
Uncompromising and unforgiving strife for macroscopic advance in VR field, MGVR is aiming for establishment of virtuous circle from content production to platform building.

Macrograph

Macrograph was founded in 2007 by members of ETRI, The Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, a major Korean government-funded research center. Soon after the inception, for the first time in Korea,it was commissioned to work on a major Hollywood feature film “The Forbidden Kingdom” as the main VFX studio. Since then, through the use of our optimized pipeline and proprietary tools, Macrograph has helped bring filmmakers’ unique vision to the silver screen in films like “The Admiral: Roaring Currents” and “The Mermaid”, both of which is the biggest box office hit in Korea and China, respectively. With unsur-passed creativity and the state of the art technology that enables boundless imagination, Macrograph is the consummate contents studio that merges art and technology for the 21st Century.
